Osimhen came in for Deniz Gul in the 77th minute after suffering an injury in a derby with Istanbul Basaksehir a month earlier.
In the last moments of extra time, the Nigerian international set up Mario Lemina for Galatasaray’s third goal.
The 27-year-old has played in five league games this season, netting six goals and assisting on three more.
The starting lineup for next Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League match between Galatasaray and Barcelona will likely include Osimhen.
Because of this victory, Galatasaray is now atop the Turkish Super Lig standings.
