If you are unhappy with your position as a political appointee in Zamfara State, you are asked by Governor Dauda Lawal to resign.
At a gathering of APC stakeholders at Gusau’s Government House on Saturday, Lawal made the remarks.
Political appointees, young people, and women were among those who had complained about the party’s perceived lack of welfare and neglect, and he was reacting to their concerns.
Some people in political office are always griping about how they have not accomplished anything. That is incorrect. Anyone who feels they are not making a difference, even among the commissioners, should step down, according to Lawal.
Apart from that, the governor called on all members of the APC in the state to put aside their differences and join forces.
The politics of other people’s homes can stop now, I beg you. Let us unite as one group sharing a common goal. Everyone ought to quit bringing up Dauda’s, Matawalle’s, or Shehi’s houses, he remarked.
In order to coordinate and gather names for the APC campaign council in preparation for the 2027 elections, Lawal stated that he will meet with former governors of the state.
